These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Global AI Leaders Network Ltd. (“GAIL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and participation in any GAIL Special Interest Group (“SIG”), event, programme, or related activity.

By accessing this website or participating in a GAIL SIG or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or participate in GAIL activities.

GAIL operates invite-only Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and related forums for senior enterprise leaders.

2. Eligibility

Participation in GAIL SIGs and related programmes is:

• By invitation only
• Subject to approval by GAIL
• Intended for senior enterprise leaders

We reserve the right to accept or decline participation at our discretion.

3. Nature of the Service

GAIL provides:

• Moderated peer discussion forums
• Structured working sessions
• Industry-specific Special Interest Groups
• Decision-support frameworks and documentation
• Limited sponsorship participation opportunities

GAIL is not:

• A consultancy providing bespoke advice
• A legal advisory service
• A regulated investment adviser
• A provider of professional compliance or regulatory advice

Any information shared in sessions or materials is for general informational purposes only.

Participants remain solely responsible for their own business, regulatory, legal, and strategic decisions.

4. SIG Participation Rules

All SIG participants agree to:

1. Maintain confidentiality of all non-public discussions

2. Respect the invite-only, peer-based nature of the forum

3. Refrain from direct selling or solicitation during sessions

4. Contribute constructively and professionally

5. Not record sessions without explicit written permission

GAIL may remove any participant who breaches these rules without refund.

5. Confidentiality

All SIG sessions operate under strict confidentiality principles.

Participants agree that:

• Information shared by other members is confidential
• No non-public business information may be disclosed externally
• Session materials may not be distributed beyond the participant’s organisation without permission

This obligation survives termination of participation.

Notwithstanding the above, GAIL may use anonymised, aggregated insights derived from SIG discussions for research, reporting, or publication purposes, provided that no individual participant or organisation is identifiable without explicit written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Each party retains ownership of its own materials and contributions
• GAIL retains ownership of its frameworks, session formats, documentation, and methodologies
• Participation does not create joint intellectual property

Participants may use session outputs internally within their organisation but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute GAIL materials externally without written consent.

7. Sponsorship Participation

Sponsors agree to:

• Avoid promotional or sales-driven messaging within SIG sessions
• Follow GAIL presentation guidelines
• Respect confidentiality obligations
• Separate commercial sales activity from the SIG environment

GAIL reserves the right to remove sponsor participation if these standards are breached.

8. Fees and Payment

Participation fees, sponsorship fees, and related charges:

• Are payable as agreed in writing
• Are non-refundable once a SIG cycle or sponsored session has commenced, unless otherwise stated
• Must be paid within agreed payment terms

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of participation.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission
• Introduce malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

10. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The website and services are provided “as is”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We do not guarantee that participation will lead to specific business outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to the above:

GAIL’s total liability arising out of or in connection with participation in SIGs, sponsorship, or website use shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant organisation in the preceding 12 months.

GAIL shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunity
• Reputational damage

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each SIG participant and sponsor acts as an independent data controller for their own data processing obligations.

13. Termination

We may terminate participation:

• For breach of these Terms
• For non-payment
• For behaviour inconsistent with the professional standards of the SIG

Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

GAIL shall not be liable for the actions, omissions, statements, representations, or conduct of any SIG participant, sponsor, guest, or third party. Each participant is solely responsible for the content of their contributions and any decisions made in reliance upon discussions within a SIG.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this page.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms.

If you access the website from outside the United Kingdom, mandatory local laws may still apply where required.
